About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our retail team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate information and advice.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks appealing and inviting to customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other sales-related tasks.

Requirements:

Working Hours:
We offer flexible working hours, including weekends and bank holidays. You will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours during peak periods.
