Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement stimulating lessons aligned with educational standards
  • Effectively manage classroom interactions and student behavior
  • Monitor and assess student learning outcomes
  • Provide constructive feedback to students, guardians, and fellow educators
  • Engage in staff meetings and ongoing professional development
  • Work collaboratively with peers to improve instructional methods
Essential Qualifications:
  • PGCE or an equivalent teaching certification
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in a relevant academic discipline
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
  • Recent classroom experience
  • Strong grasp of effective classroom management strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to modify teaching approaches to accommodate varied learning styles
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Additional qualifications in specific subject areas
  • Experience with secondary education students
Work Environment:

The Elementary Educator position will primarily take place in primary educational institutions within Nottingham, East Midlands. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with students, families, and staff to provide exceptional educational experiences and support.

All stated pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for permanent placement in the future.
