Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Instrumentation Designer to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting site surveys to gather information and data for design purposes.
  2. Producing high-quality drawings for scope design and implementation within work packs, including 'Destruct' and 'Construct' drawings.
  3. Creating detailed diagrams such as Single Line and Schematic Diagrams, Interconnection Diagrams, Termination Diagrams, Cable Block Diagrams, Lighting & Small Power Layouts, Distribution Board Schedules, Hazardous Area Layouts, Cable Schedules, and Material Take Off.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A strong background in instrumentation engineering, with a relevant HNC/HND qualification.
  2. Significant experience in the UK North Sea Oil and Gas industry, with a proven track record of using AutoCAD and ideally AutoCAD P3D.
  3. Zero visa restrictions to work in the UK.
  4. A willingness to work primarily based in Glasgow, with a reasonable daily commute.
