Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Age UK. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the store's sales and profits, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Lead and develop a team of staff and volunteers, providing effective leadership and training.
  • Implement and maintain successful retail processes and merchandising strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse workforce and customer base.
  • Manage time under conflicting priorities and motivate self and others.
