About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee the management of servicing and responsive repair contracts throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of long-term agreements, contractual requirements and procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and will be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain contract records and documentation, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
  • Monitor contract performance, challenge poor performance and agree plans for improvement in line with contract documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate contractual risks.
  • Plan and complete procurement exercises with customers in mind and to ensure continuity of our repairs service and landlord obligations.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a recognised construction management qualification or similar, proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role, fulfilling the role of Contract Administrator. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential, as well as detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
