Job Description: As an Education Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our students within a nurturing educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance learning and provide additional guidance to students as necessary
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of students by adhering to safeguarding practices
  • Assist students in achieving and surpassing their individual educational goals
  • Promote positive behavior and adapt interactions to meet each student's unique requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and safety-related information in accordance with school policies
  • Facilitate student participation in group activities and foster social interactions

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with diverse needs, including Autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality support services
