Key Responsibilities:
- Assist legal professionals in the administration and oversight of various public law Family law cases from initiation to resolution.
- Manage the scheduling and organization of departmental personnel, including transcribing from digital dictation, drafting, and reviewing legal documents.
- Handle a diverse range of inquiries and communicate effectively with clients, counsel, and other professionals through various communication channels.
- Prepare applications and bundles, including drafting initial documents, Legal Aid submissions, and court filings.
- Utilize the firm's case management system efficiently to manage caseloads, track time, and bill clients accurately.
