Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at Deverell Smith in Ascot. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for welcoming potential buyers, providing them with information about the properties available, and conducting viewings of show homes and other properties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming potential buyers and providing them with information about the properties available.
- Conducting viewings of show homes and other properties with potential buyers.
- Responding to queries from potential buyers about the properties and the buying process.
- Negotiating prices and closing sales with potential buyers.
- Providing advice and guidance to potential buyers on financing options and the home buying process.
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of £28,000-£30,000.
- Weekly pay.
- A flexible working schedule from Thursday to Monday.
- A temp-to-perm opportunity with an ASAP start date.
