Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care and support to donors throughout their donation journey.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of donor information and documentation.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and safe environment for donors, promoting a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering quality service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with donors and colleagues.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to accurately record and maintain data.
  • Valid full UK driving licence, with no more than 6 penalty points.
