Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Solicitor to join our team in Edinburgh.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of cases, including separation agreements, divorce actions, residency and contact disputes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' pqe and experience in financial provision on divorce and child law, with Court of Session experience being beneficial.

Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on a wide range of Family Law cases, including separation agreements and divorce actions.
  • Providing expert advice on financial provision on divorce and child law.
  • Representing clients in the Court of Session.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' pqe in Family Law.
  • Experience in financial provision on divorce and child law.
  • Desirable: Court of Session experience.
