We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join our team and service a high-profile retail contract in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs of air conditioning systems across multiple retail sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure all systems comply with safety and operational standards.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs as per the 1 in 6 rota, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and report any significant issues to the management team

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration).
  • F-Gas certification is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license
