Job Description We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our Select Lease by Mobilize team in Reading.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between customers and suppliers, both internally and externally. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a personable manner, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer and supplier inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
Ensure department Service Quality Commitments (SQC's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are met
Maintain accurate records and administration of our systems
Protect the company from fraud and financial exposure

Requirements:
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Ability to work with a high level of attention to detail
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
