About the Role- Manage a portfolio of circa 350 personal tax returns, ensuring timely completion and filing, and collaborating with the accounts department to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Oversee the entire process of collecting necessary data from clients, completing returns, and billing, and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on tax planning and compliance.
- Deliver high-quality tax planning and advisory services to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and work closely with the tax team to ensure seamless delivery of tax services.
- Monitor and report on the progress of all compliance-based work, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliver high-quality tax planning and advisory services to clients.

- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a practice environment, with a proven track record of working with a medium-large portfolio of clients with diverse turnovers.
