Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lettings Manager to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for proactively generating leads and managing lettings staff to maximize business potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing and canvassing plan to establish new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide in-branch training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one reviews and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting performance expectations.
  • Manage day-to-day general enquiries, including face-to-face and telephone interactions.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and checklists in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maximize business potential by actioning website and online portal enquiries.
  • Drive lead generation through partnerships with third-party suppliers.
  • Ensure branch compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Manage landlord updates and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lettings or estate agency.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A good record of personal effectiveness and customer service skills.
  • Previous people management experience and ability to drive results.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

What We Offer:

A competitive basic salary up to £35,000, plus commission, resulting in a realistic OTE of £55,000+.
