Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Building Surveyor to join our team, providing a broad spectrum of building surveying advice to a diverse client base.


The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including building condition surveys, defect diagnosis reports, design and specification, contract administration, statutory applications, dilapidations, project management, and CDM advice.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct building condition surveys and prepare defect diagnosis reports.
  • Develop and implement design and specification solutions.
  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Provide CDM advice and support.


Requirements


  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying.
  • Ambitious drive to progress and establish themselves in the practice.
  • Keen to gain Chartered Status through the RICS APC process on the building surveying pathway.
  • Strong communication skills both externally and internally.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and organised in managing priorities.
  • Competent on AutoCAD.
