Job Overview

The Sales Advisor will play a key role in driving sales and building customer loyalty for AMI Paris.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly experience for all clients.
    • Understand customer needs and preferences, making tailored product recommendations to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
    • Assist customers with fittings and alterations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

    • Introduce new customers to the AMI Paris brand, promoting its values and products.
  • Inventory Management
    • Effectively manage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and timely restocking.
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to AMI Paris's visual merchandising guidelines.
    • Participate in regular visual merchandising rotations, ensuring a dynamic and engaging store display.
    Requirements
    • Previous experience in luxury sales, preferably in the designer clothing industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Strong product knowledge, with a keen interest in fashion and the luxury market.
    • Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a significant asset.
    • Able to work a full-time schedule, with a strong commitment to customer service and sales goals.
