Job Description

**Job Title:** SEN Teaching Assistant - Early Years Specialist

**Job Type:** Long-term supply role

**Location:** London

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an Ofsted-rated 'Good' primary school in London. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs in the Early Years setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to children with SEN, following the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and execute engaging activities to enhance student learning and development.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with the Class Teacher and other staff members.
  • Identify and address the additional support needs of students.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN in an Early Years setting.
  • A nurturing nature and the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEN experience.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people, with a patient and empathetic approach.
