Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team at 360 Recruitment. As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers and fee earners in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our lawyers and fee earners, including preparing and editing documents, managing diaries, and coordinating meetings.
  • Document Management: Ensure accurate and timely management of electronic and paper files, maintaining an up-to-date and accessible document set for each project.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, responding to queries and providing updates on project progress.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the team to support the administrative functions of progressing a project from start to finish, including regular reporting and billing.
  • Client Service: Deliver exceptional client service at all times, working at pace and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A-levels or equivalent in a relevant subject.
