Job Summary

Equiniti, a leading international provider of shareholder, pension, remediation, and credit technology, is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Associate to assist the Compliance Manager in maintaining a framework for ensuring the business remains compliant with regulatory and industry requirements across UK Shareholder Services.

About the Role

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor compliance performance of key business areas and recommend actions to resolve problems and maintain an acceptable risk profile.
  • Provide project and other compliance-related support, ensuring deliverables are on time and to specification.
  • Assist in the implementation of the Market Abuse Regime (MAR) and suspicious transaction monitoring and controls for EFSL.
  • Ensure compliance issues are escalated immediately and resolution is tracked and reported.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or someone with a keen eye for detail and an analytical approach.
  • Ability to learn new tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to undertake a relevant compliance qualification as part of the FCA training and competence regime.
