The B2B Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in crafting and implementing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing lead generation and customer acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to attract and onboard new clients.
  • Identify and utilize essential marketing channels to maximize outreach and engagement.

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.

  • Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media.
  • Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance marketing processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data integrity and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities.
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make informed decisions.
  • Plan and execute company events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and post-event follow-up to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Sales & Marketing Director on marketing performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to achieve marketing goals.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the signage or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach.
