We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at Novo Executive Search. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all payroll activities within the organization, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payrolls for approximately 300 employees across 4 companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all payroll activities, including processing payrolls, maintaining accurate employee records, and updating PAYE coding change notices.
- Process and report PAYE related instructions to and from HMRC, compile payroll data, and perform net pay, PAYE, and NIC reconciliations.
- Payroll Benefits in Kind, Company cars, PME, and balancing and submission of pension contributions.
- Assist in collecting data for annual pay reviews, benefit renewals, and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
- Calculate commission and bonus payments, and prepare monthly finance journals and movement reports.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years end-to-end payroll experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of tax and payroll legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and systems skills.
- Computer literacy in using Microsoft Office suite and payroll software.
- Level 3 CIPP (desirable).
- Accounting experience (desirable).
