Supply Chain Planning Supervisor


We invite candidates with a background in planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations to consider this opportunity. In this role, you will lead a team of four, ensuring a seamless flow of materials from production to distribution.

Your expertise in LEAN manufacturing principles will empower you to drive and manage continuous improvement initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor a team of four, including conducting one-on-one meetings, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
  • Establish and refine standard operating procedures across planning, inventory, production, and shipping departments.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in waste reduction and cost management.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a planning or supply chain environment.

Work Environment:
Office-based position with standard hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible hours may be available).
