About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team at Consegna. As a key player in our IT department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security roadmap to protect our company's assets and data.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and Maintain Security Roadmap: Create and implement a comprehensive security strategy to protect our company's assets and data.
- Liaise with External Partners: Collaborate with our external SOC provider to mitigate security alerts and incidents.
- Manage M365 and Intune Environments: Collaborate with external providers to enhance security and estate posture.
- Implement Security Recommendations: Implement recommendations from security audits and assessments.
- Maximize E3 Applications: Implement a strategy to maximize E3 applications to support the security roadmap.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Microsoft Security Features: Keep updated on the latest Microsoft security features and best practices.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate project progress, security initiatives, and security posture to stakeholders and users.
- Provide Security Training: Provide security training and mentorship to the wider IT team on best practices and business-critical functions.
We are looking for a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist with:
- Knowledge of Meraki Firewalls and VPNs: Practical experience in managing Meraki firewalls and VPNs.
- Network Troubleshooting: Proficient in network troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Ecosystem: A key understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including licensing requirements, Identity Access Management, App Registrations, User Risk Policies, Conditional Access Policies, and Intune.
- Vulnerability Assessment: Practical experience with vulnerability assessment using Microsoft Defender or other similar tools.
- Zero Trust Practices: Experience in designing and managing mission-critical infrastructure and implementing Zero Trust practices in environments.
- Risk Assessments and Compliance: Awareness of Risk Assessments, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Incident Response, as well as knowledge of ISO27001, Cyber Essentials (CE), and Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+).
