About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lighting Design Engineer to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As a Lighting Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading the growth and development of new business within our lighting design department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a full understanding and buy-in on the service proposition and its delivery to customers.
  • Contribute to the effective operation of the business through active collaboration in activities required as a senior member of the business team.
  • Achieve sales, profitability, and other targets within the nominated customer account base, taking account of Customer Profitability Margin.
Requirements
  • Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Must be over the age of 21.
  • Must have no more than 3 points on your licence.
  • Minimum 2+ years lighting design experience.
  • Preferably has experience using design platforms AutoCAD or ReluxCAD.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • The Ability to work with and develop business opportunities in multiple market sectors.
  • Experience in providing total solutions for customers matching their specifications.

  • Monday to Friday shifts between 07:00 and 17:00.
