About the Role:

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled D365 Business Central Customer Service Consultant to join our client's team. As a key member of the Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients using D365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To undertake in-depth investigation of logged incidents: troubleshooting errors, identifying issues, and implementing resolutions within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • To work with multiple clients and systems, including Business Central and Dynamics NAV
  • To support third-party software within Business Central and Dynamics NAV
  • To produce scripted documentation for the knowledge base where an incident is identified as resolvable at software support level

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Dynamics NAV and/or D365 Business Central is essential
  • Excellent working knowledge of Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central solutions
  • Previous software support experience is highly desirable
  • ERP/Accounts experience is preferable but not essential
  • Working knowledge of SQL/Database knowledge is preferable
  • Experience in working with Business Intelligence (BI) products such as Jet is desirable
  • Knowledge of the operating systems and databases on which the solutions are deployed

Our client is a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in three verticals: fashion, furniture, and PubCo. They have their own product that integrates with Business Central. As a D365 Business Central Customer Service Consultant, you will work closely with clients, the consultancy team, and ensure tasks and support projects are completed on time and to an appropriate level.
