**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at Tru Talent. As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating vehicle damage in a fast-paced accident repair centre.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Work efficiently across 4 sites to assess and estimate vehicle damage
* Follow correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with the team to achieve high-quality results

**Requirements**

* Recognised apprenticeship as a Vehicle Damage Assessor and technical qualification (such as NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ)
* Previous experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a busy body shop
* Strong team player with self-motivation to earn bonus hours
* Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques using Audatex
