Job Opportunity: Arbuthnot Yon is seeking a skilled litigation lawyer to join our team.
About the Role: We are looking for a disputes lawyer with solid experience who would enjoy partnering with our business and developing relationships and an internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and support a team of paralegals/specialists.
- Run your own case-load and support the Senior Legal Counsel with more complex cases.
- Disputes range from legacy current day disputes with customers relating to contractual, debt and regulatory issues.
- Support the Senior Legal Counsel with high value complex cases and complex settlement arrangements.
