We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer to join our team at Dräger, a leading international company in medical and safety technology. As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and testing our innovative products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for new products and existing products undergoing revisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development and testing.
- Design, build, and maintain test equipment, including automation systems, to support product testing and validation.
- Analyze test data and results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Work closely with test technicians to ensure accurate and efficient testing, and provide guidance on test procedures and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve testing processes and product quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in testing, data analysis, and documentation, preferably in a medical or safety technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of testing principles, methodologies, and tools, including LabVIEW, TestStand, and statistical analysis software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
