About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish initial contact with customers to discuss their removal needs.
  2. Provide accurate quotes for baggage and courier services, focusing on moves with 20 pieces or less.
  3. Follow up with quoted customers to convert inquiries into bookings.
  4. Liaise with couriers and operations teams to book jobs efficiently.
  5. Deliver exceptional customer care and service during removals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Process payments and obtain necessary documents for shipping.
  7. Assist with customer queries and provide timely responses.
  8. Support warehouse operations, including labelling packages and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.
Requirements

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A background in transport or logistics is also desirable.
