Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring project delivery aligns with specified requirements and industry standards.
  • Overseeing design and construction projects in collaboration with both internal and external design teams.
  • For BIM-enabled projects, fulfilling information roles and responsibilities as outlined in PAS1192-2 or the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Reassessing project plans, providing value engineering solutions, and maintaining a close partnership with the commercial department.
  • Establishing appropriate Commissioning, Inspection, and Test Plans for all executed work.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing multi-discipline projects is essential.
  • An electrical background with a relevant technical Board of Trade Certificate of Competency is required.
  • A valid CSCS card is mandatory.
  • Experience in commercial management and reporting on Work in Progress (WIP) is essential.
  • Preferred qualifications include HNC in Construction/Project Management or PRINCE2 certification.
  • A full driving license is required.
