Assistant Employer's Agent Opportunity

EC Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Assistant Employer's Agent to join their London team. This role is ideal for a Building Surveyor, Project Manager, or Quantity Surveyor with a year's experience in the industry, looking to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full spectrum pre-contract and post-contract services for Local Authority Clients, from inception to completion. The company has a long track record of supporting and guiding APC candidates to gaining MRICS Status on all pathways.

Requirements:

  • 1 year's consultancy experience
  • Enrolled on RICS APC in Building Surveying, Project Management, or Quantity Surveying
  • RICS accredited degree
