Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to participate in our comprehensive training program. As a Pizzaiolo Trainee, you will learn the fundamentals of pizza making, including dough preparation, fermentation, and traditional and modern techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced Pizzaiolos in preparing and cooking pizzas
  • Learn and master various pizza making techniques, including wood-fired oven operation
  • Develop skills in crafting perfect pizzas, from classic Margheritas to innovative creations
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety
