About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide commercial support to our project managers, including estimating costs, quantities, and project timelines.
  2. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  3. Prepare and manage tender and contract documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  4. Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  5. Assign work to subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
  6. Manage budgets, oversee payments, and value completed work, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the civil engineering sector.
  2. Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and highways maintenance schemes.
  3. Construction-related qualification and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
