Key Responsibilities
  • Food Delivery and Innovation: Develop and implement food strategies that meet and exceed client expectations, staying ahead of market trends and consumer needs.
  • Culinary Leadership: Collaborate with the Executive Head Chef and Head Chef to drive culinary excellence, ensuring high-quality food delivery and innovation.
  • Menu Development: Create and present exciting menu designs at client tastings, showcasing your culinary expertise and passion for food.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing and Operations, to define and deliver business requirements.
  • Food Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company and statutory regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: Proven track record of working in high-volume, large venues, catering for major events or large-scale banqueting operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to build strong working relationships, drive innovation, and motivate team members.
  • Financial Awareness: Understanding of food profit and loss accounts, with the ability to control food costs and generate positive food margins.
  • Qualifications: Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification (or willingness to obtain).
What We Offer
