In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods to various retail locations across the country. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will be paramount as you interact with our valued clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting a diverse range of products using different trailer types to designated retail destinations.
- Maintaining constant communication with the transport team, providing timely updates and managing customer expectations effectively.
- Actively participating in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid UK Class 1 (CE) Driving Licence.
- Current Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC) Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
- Proven experience in direct client deliveries is highly advantageous.
- A strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
