Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse to join our team at Compass Group UK&I. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in maintaining a high standard of quality care and contributing to the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with General Practitioners and other practice nurses to deliver effective patient care and management of chronic diseases.
  • Develop and submit reports as required for the practice manager and Matron.
  • Support the implementation of evidence-based guidelines in conjunction with the practice nursing team.
  • Promote integrated services within Primary Care, including practice-based teams and multidisciplinary working.
  • Encourage the continuing professional development of yourself and provide mentorship guidance for other nurses and HCA's.
  • Recognise opportunities for working in partnership with the Primary Healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Continuing professional development
  • Appropriate post-registration experience
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic IT literacy
  • Effective team working skills
  • Membership of Professional organisation
