Job Opportunity

A leading law firm in the UK is seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Essex. As a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of Corporate Commercial work, including:

  • Business and share acquisitions and disposals
  • Share re-organisations
  • Corporate Governance
  • Advice to company directors
  • Shareholder arrangements and Joint ventures
  • Advice on Partnerships and limited liability partnerships
  • Advising clients in various commercial contract arrangements
  • Intellectual property matters

You will be working with a diverse client base, including high-profile and complex transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years' post-qualification experience and a strong background in both Corporate and Commercial law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a wide range of Corporate Commercial work, including business and share acquisitions and disposals, share re-organisations, and corporate governance
