Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at 21st Century AV Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new customers
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the audio visual industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • CRM or Bitrix experience preferred
