Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax professional to join our team as a Senior Tax Manager. As a key member of our Corporate Tax team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to clients in the Not-for-Profit sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage client portfolios, including onboarding, engagement oversight, billing management, and enhancing recovery rates and cash flow.
  • Deliver tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base, leveraging shared service teams or technology solutions.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize risk and maximize opportunities for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of tax services.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide guidance to clients on compliance and planning.
  • Manage and develop a team of Tax professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high levels of performance and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.

Requirements

  • CTA/ACCA qualified with extensive experience in taxation, particularly in the Not-for-Profit sector.
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios and delivering tax services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax data and provide actionable insights.
