About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join our team at Cubitt & West. As a key member of our estate agency team, you will be responsible for leading our branch in Sussex, covering East and West areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Covering for holidays, vacancies, and sickness, you will take on the responsibilities of Branch Manager across the area, ensuring seamless service to our customers.
  • You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and expertise to our clients, taking ownership and responsibility for the branch's profitability.
  • Motivate and inspire your team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with your team to download new properties, agreeing a strategy to match potential purchasers and successfully list a targeted number of properties.
  • Keep up-to-date with current market conditions, developing a reputation as an expert in your field.
