Position: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Holt Engineering is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our Quality Assurance (QA) division.

The successful candidate will be tasked with supervising the establishment and assessment of all QA protocols to guarantee adherence to industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement training programs to elevate team expertise and capabilities.
  • Manage team priorities and monitor departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure the establishment of effective quality assurance measures and operational frameworks.
  • Coordinate both internal and external evaluations, serving as the primary contact for all quality-related issues.
  • Provide support to the Quality Manager as required.
  • Leverage auditing experience along with extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing and engineering methodologies.
  • Preferably possess experience in the aerospace sector and hold an HNC or equivalent qualification.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and overseeing QA systems.
  • Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing and engineering practices.
  • Preferably experienced in the aerospace industry, with familiarity with aerospace components and assemblies.
  • HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the establishment and assessment of QA systems.
  • Creating and delivering training for team development.
  • Ensuring effective quality assurance measures and operational frameworks.
  • Assisting the Quality Manager as necessary.
