The ONE Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the ER Manager in the development and delivery of ER related improvement, innovation, and change activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the ER Manager in the development and delivery of ER related improvement, innovation, and change activities in consultation and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Design and deliver communication and engagement plans to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans to realise those improvements.
- Coach and advise on innovative employee relations solutions to support business objectives.
- Undertake and contribute to other ER activities including casework, procedural reviews, and Trade union related activities.
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable, empathetic, and resilient individual with strong ER experience.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop plans to realise those improvements, and successfully communicate, influence, and build relationships.
- Strong coaching and advising skills to support the development of innovative employee relations solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
