Role Overview:


This position offers a unique opportunity for an Adult Social Care Project Manager to engage with the Strategic Commissioning team within the Adults & Health division at Panoramic Associates.

The role is designed as a temporary engagement, with the possibility of extension based on the evolving needs of the organization.

Created in response to recent organizational changes, this position is crucial for preparing the Adults & Health department for upcoming regulatory assessments.

The Project Manager will support key initiatives aimed at ensuring compliance and improving service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Change Implementation:
Lead projects within the Adult Social Care sector, ensuring timely delivery of key objectives.

Regulatory Compliance Preparation:
Support the team in data collection and completing necessary steps for regulatory assessments.

Self-Assessment Facilitation:
Collaborate with team leaders to conduct self-assessments, identifying areas for improvement in preparation for evaluations.

Team Collaboration:
Work alongside senior personnel to develop strategies addressing identified priorities for improvement over the next 12-24 months.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Project Management Proficiency:
Demonstrated experience in leading change and transformation within an Adult Social Care environment.

Knowledge of Adult Social Care:
Strong understanding of the Adult Social Care landscape, including experience in health or social care settings.

Effective Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on collaborative work across departments.

Desirable Skills:

Regulatory Compliance Experience:
Previous involvement in preparing for regulatory assessments would be highly beneficial.

This role will significantly contribute to the organization's preparedness for regulatory assessments, providing an opportunity to impact service quality positively.

Engage in critical improvement initiatives that will influence the future direction of Adult Social Care and Health services.

Collaborate with senior leaders and directors in a dynamic environment with strategic responsibilities.

Working Arrangements:

Flexible Work Options:
The role offers flexibility and can accommodate part-time arrangements.

Hybrid Work Model:

The expectation is for the candidate to work both remotely and onsite, with an in-office requirement approximately once a week. Necessary IT equipment and support will be provided to facilitate remote work.
