Rail Supervisor Job Description

Job Title: Rail Supervisor

Type: Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Rail Supervisor to join our team at Advance Training & Recruitment Services. As a Rail Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all aspects of construction and associated works with other disciplines, ensuring the delivery of construction work safely and to the expected level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake the role of supervisor on the works element of projects in Liverpool
  • Carry out analysis and prepare plans for work
  • Control all onsite technical activities and manpower

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in rail construction or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
