Job Summary
RG Consultancy Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the purchase/sales ledger and credit control functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage purchase ledger invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Manage petty cash and process payments, preparing refunds as necessary.
- Perform daily bank postings and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Support the finance department in various tasks, including supplier reconciliations and ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in an accounts/finance assistant role, with a strong understanding of financial procedures.
- Studying or a desire to study AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Excel to analyze and present financial data.
- A willingness to learn, progress, and develop as the company continues to grow and evolve.
