**Financial Controller Wanted for a Leading Manufacturing Group**

T2M Resourcing is seeking an exceptional Financial Controller to join a c£10m turnover autonomous division of a well-established market-leading manufacturing group.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage the month-end process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  2. Oversee all statutory reporting and returns, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Support the development of budgets, business planning, and forecasting, providing insightful financial analysis.
  4. Review and approve various workflows daily and weekly, ensuring efficient processes and procedures are in place.
  5. Coordinate stock take processing and reviewing, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  6. Conduct quarterly costing reviews, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  7. Lead and develop a small finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  8. Prepare, review, and present accurate and timely financial reports and business insights to inform strategic decision-making.

**Requirements for Success:**

  1. Hold a recognized accounting qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or ICAEW.
  2. Have a thorough understanding of payroll and HMRC requirements.
  3. Demonstrate a strategic outlook, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Be able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  6. Have experience in managing or leading a small team.
  7. Be willing to delve into detail to ensure continuous improvement of processes within the financial department and wider internal control procedures.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent full-time basis.
