Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team at a leading manufacturing business in the engineering and projects division. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven background in project management, capital investments, and a strong engineering background to lead multi-million pound projects across a fast-paced site.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and delivering key capital projects from inception to completion
  • Identifying areas for continuous improvement across the site, focusing on increasing production volumes while maintaining site safety standards
  • Developing and implementing project strategies across project engineers and cross-functional leadership teams
  • Utilizing extensive project management experience in manufacturing to support projects from initial overview to delivery and documentation, considering factors related to high-volume sites
  • Managing project contractors, reviewing risk assessments and issuing permits to work
  • Regularly updating internal and external stakeholders on project progress

To be considered for the Project Manager role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or a related industry, preferably with a strong projects background
  • 5-10 years of project management experience, specifically in capital investments
  • Prince2 or equivalent certification is highly desirable
