Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Solicitor

Clear IT Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client's esteemed team in Surrey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial property law and be able to handle a diverse range of matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full range of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, and leasing.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in commercial property law, ensuring continued professional development and expertise.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property law.
  • Excellent client care skills, with the ability to provide professional and competent legal advice.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Effective business development skills, with a proven track record of generating fees.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and skills in compliance with Continuing Professional Development and internal training expectations.
  • Proven experience of handling own caseload and managing deadlines.
  • Good drafting and writing skills, with excellent communication and technical ability.
