Position Summary:
The role is designed to deliver outstanding customer support to both internal and external clients, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively, leading to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently managing customer returns
- Collaborating with the Operations Team on customer-facing order updates
- Proactively overseeing the order book
- Addressing post-sales inquiries, including proof of delivery, pricing, and document requests
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback
- Assisting with visitor reception and telephone inquiries
- Generating reports such as Delivery Performance and Arrears
- Completing customer documentation for audit requirements
- Distributing Customer Feedback forms and compiling the results for review
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a dynamic customer service environment
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail
- Confident and professional telephone communication
- Customer-centric approach in all aspects of the role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
