As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects run efficiently by streamlining workflows, managing studio resources, and matching them to projects on the radar. You will also be responsible for managing expectations from marketing and platform teams and their requirements.
You will work closely with our team leads, marketing managers, and senior directors across various time zones to ensure that talent is used appropriately. You will be a problem-solver, know how to prioritize when needed, and find the right solutions to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Workflow Management: Create and maintain production schedules and workflows to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Resource Management: Allocation of projects and responsibilities to team members based on their skillset and availability.
- Task Tracking: Monitor the progress of projects, track milestones, and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Communication: Facilitate communication among team members, departments, and external partners to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Process Champion: Champion our existing processes and help to evolve our best practice ways of working with resource management to achieve the best standards in creative delivery.
- Have experience in a similar role.
- Have a strong understanding of creative production workflows and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal clients and colleagues.
- Have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Be solution-focused - an amazing problem solver.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- If you know Wrike workflow system (or similar), that would be a bonus.
